Your dog must under 14kg
Your dog will need to weigh below 14kg

Anxiety and behavioural free
Your dog must be well behaved and doesn't suffer anxiety during the grooming process

Under 10 years old
Your dog much be under 10 years old. It can be a bit too stressful for a senior dog

Your dog must be healthy
Your dog must be healthy & capable of standing for periods of time

Minimal Matting
Your dogs coat has to be free of matts

Correct Information
If your dog is booked in but deemed un-suitable for a trainee, your dog will be booked in with our experienced groomer and charged our regular salon rate.

Correct Information
Our two drop-off times are 8:30am and 12:00pm. Your dog will be required for a minimum of 2.5 hours. We always give our dogs rest breaks and toilet breaks and of course, cuddle breaks!
